The 2025 China-U.S. Youth Marching Brand People-to-People Exchange China Tour was held at Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) on Oct 11.
Themed "Marching Together to a Wonderful Future," nearly 200 students and teachers from three high schools in the United States performed alongside over 600 students and teachers from nine primary and secondary schools in Beijing at the event.

On that day, American teachers and students joined classes at BFSU, participating in activities such as experiencing traditional Chinese culture and learning multiple languages; while the exchange tour event kicked off in the afternoon with warm-up performances by BFSU students.

Wang Dinghua, secretary of the CPC BFSU Committee, delivered a welcome speech. He stated that the BFSU community has long been actively engaged in cultural exchanges between China and other countries, consistently serving as a bridge for communication between different civilizations with professional expertise and passionate dedication. This event is not only a youthful gathering that spans the Pacific Ocean but also a concrete effort by BFSU to promote educational openness and facilitate mutual learning between Chinese and foreign cultures. He expressed hope that the event would become a valuable platform for youth exchange and growth, injecting new vitality into cultural exchanges between China and other countries.

Subsequently, the US representative introduced the situation of the participating American schools, expressing hope that this event would serve as an opportunity for Chinese and American youth to enhance communication and further deepen their understanding of each other's cultures.

During the orchestra's performance segment, seven youth marching bands took turns performing, each playing classic pieces from both Chinese and international repertoires. At the end of the performance, all the performers joined together to play the classic piece "Auld Lang Syne", symbolizing the shared hopes of Chinese and American youth for a bright future, bringing the event to a successful conclusion.
